Join Uline as a Proofreader to support our award-winning marketing efforts! Our Creative department is a powerhouse of over 170 members who execute content on tight deadlines with consistent brand clarity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy in content, spelling, and grammar for various digital and print materials, including Uline's 900+ page catalog.
• Monitor consistency of all material within Uline’s style guidelines.
• Copy edit communications for clarity and consistent tone.
• Fact-check content and product images.
• Confirm print specs, layout, and review printer's proofs for accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree. A focus in English or Journalism is preferred.
• Proficient in AP Style.
• Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
