About the Role

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Server to join our team at Proof, an American Canteen, a lively and welcoming restaurant celebrating classic American comfort food and genuine hospitality. In this role, you will deliver exceptional food and beverage service, expertly guide guests through menu offerings, coordinate food timing, utilize the Point of Sale system, and create memorable dining experiences through attentive and personalized service. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and guest‑focused professional who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys building meaningful connections with guests, and thrives in a fast‑paced luxury dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail, creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.
• Anticipate guest needs, provide thoughtful menu recommendations, and respond promptly and effectively to requests and concerns.
• Support overall restaurant operations by assisting with table clearing, resetting, and maintaining service standards throughout each shift.

Requirements

• Outgoing personality, positive attitude, and a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage offerings, with the ability to confidently guide guest dining experiences.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale dining environment preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift, in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card and current TIPS certification.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.

Schedule

Full‑time position with flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
