About the role

The Bank Processing Clerk is essential to the efficient handling of bank data for financial institutions. This role involves collaborating with a dedicated team to manage back-office bank information in a dynamic, deadline-driven setting. Key responsibilities include performing electronic document data entry, verifying entries for accuracy and completeness, and sending/receiving bank file transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Performing electronic documents via 10 key data entry for bank processing.
• Verifying entries for accuracy and completeness to properly balance bank work.
• Sending and receiving bank file transmissions.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have 1-year of experience entering data via 10 key numeric data entry.
• Must be attentive to detail and have the ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Basic banking experience in a teller, or proof operator role is a plus.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This position is based onsite at our Lombard IL location and operates during the second shift.
