Overview

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls in a professional manner and within four rings.
• Fulfills emergency call responsibilities, ensuring prompt and accurate communication across the organization.
• Follows proper procedure in the event of a code or drill.
• Receives incoming calls and directs them to the appropriate location.
• Plays outgoing toll calls, when necessary, following Medical Center and department policy.
• Performs job duties without close, and sometimes any supervision or detailed instructions.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous related experience preferred.
• Previous experience with computers, Excel, and Word preferred.
• A clear and pleasant speaking voice required.
• Bilingual proficiency required.
• Strong professional, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively relate with all members of the healthcare team.

The compensation above reflects the established range from CentraState Healthcare System (CSHS) for this position at the time the job was posted. CSHS considers many factors to determine compensation, including education, experience, skills, licenses, certification, and training. As such, team member compensation may fall outside this range. Additionally, the compensation range reflects base salary and does not include extra shift rates or incentives tied to quality, productivity, etc., as applicable.
