Promotions Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Absorb and execute the execution of station promotions
• Engage with listeners and advertisers at events
• Provide on-site support for station promotions, including packing and unpacking materials, loading and unloading materials into station vehicles, transporting materials to event locations, setting up promotional booths and tables at events
• Provide basic oversight of station vehicles, such as keeping vehicles fueled for events, keeping vehicles clean inside and out
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Unquestionable work ethic
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Availability on weekends and possibly some weekdays
• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A professional and positive appearance and attitude
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• A strong team player
• Enthusiastic and passionate about the work
• Customer service oriented and self-motivated
• Demonstrate good judgment and decision-making
• Discreet, flexible, and able to prioritize tasks
• Outgoing personality is a plus
• Able to stand for long periods of time at events
• Occasional weekend and nighttime work availability
