PROMOTIONS COORDINATOR

About the Role

The Promotion Coordinator works directly with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement all promotions and events. Collaborates with internal departments, as well as external vendors and agencies to ensure successful execution of all events.

Responsibilities

• Redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure all promotions and events are communicated property-wide.
• Maintain and build relationships with internal and external departments, agencies, and vendors.
• Conceptualize theme development for events and promotions.
• Ensure all promotional rules are written and properly submitted.
• Assist with gift sourcing and purchasing.
• Manage marketing inventory.
• Monitor and submit check requests, payments to vendors, and accounts payable paperwork.

Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced, or delegated by Management to meet the business needs of the property.
