Promotions Assistant
The Promotions Assistant role at Audacy Baltimore is a part-time position reporting to the Regional Promotions Manager. The anticipated starting salary range for Baltimore-based individuals is $15.00 per hour, with the final amount determined by the candidate's qualifications and experience, as well as internal and external equity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site contests
- Distribute promotional items
- Promote a positive station image
- Execute assigned on-site appearances (remotes), promotional activities, and special projects
- Auxiliary support for on-site appearances including vehicles and equipment setup/breakdown, prizes/giveaways, and signage
- Auxiliary support for promotions and sales staff with station promotional activities
- Facilitate, attend, and execute on-location station/client activations and promotions
- Perform other marketing/promotional department duties as assigned by the manager
Qualifications
- A valid driver’s license
- Satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check
- Ability to lift and carry equipment
- Positive/upbeat attitude when dealing with customers/listeners
- Organized, good communication skills, intermediate computer and administrative skills
- Self-starter, able to multitask, pay attention to detail, meet tight deadlines
