Promotions Assistant

Responsibilities

• Event Support – Set up, run, and break down station appearances, live broadcasts, concerts, and festivals.
• Manage brand activations, signage, equipment, and promotional assets.
• Create and share photos/video from events, and contribute to station social media accounts.
• Create digital assets using tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, and more.
• Conduct sweepstakes/contests, contact winners, distribute prizes, and complete necessary paperwork in compliance with company and FCC/FTC guidelines.
• Aid in contest and on-site event activation preparation, equipment/promotional inventory, and general promotions team support.
• Represent Audacy brands in a positive, inviting, and charismatic manner at all times.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, reliable, and team-oriented with a customer service mindset.
• At least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift/carry event equipment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, holidays, and some short-notice shifts.
• Professional appearance and punctuality.
• A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and proof of insurance, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle.
