Promotional Coordinator - Kansas City Live!

Responsibilities

• Aid the Promotional Manager.
• Attend events.
• Check in parties at events.
• Maintain and increase assigned venue's database.
• Support with VIP/HH Party setups.
• Represent the venue professionally.
• Collaborate with the General Manager, Promotional Manager, and marketing department on strategies and initiatives.
• Greet and interact with clients to ensure the best guest experience.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of experience in a customer service or hospitality-related field.
• Fluent English speaker, with additional language skills preferred.
• Savvy in promotional strategies.
• An outgoing personality, capable of engaging with various types of individuals.
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to secure collected information.
• Effective communication skills required.
