About the role
Responsible for marketing and communications branding strategies and asset development in support of the Health & Well-Being (University Health Services, Counseling Center, Dean of Students Office) portfolio within the Division of Student Success of Texas State University.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies for the Health & Well-Being portfolio
- Create and manage brand assets to enhance the visibility and reputation of the services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms
- Manage social media channels to engage with students and promote health and wellness initiatives
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform strategic decisions
- Work with graphic designers and other creatives to produce high-quality visual content
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and communications
- Strong understanding of branding and digital marketing principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and social media management tools
Qualifications
- Experience working in higher education is preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and project management skills
