Job Overview

The Project Support Clerk provides administrative and clerical support to project teams at Primoris Energy Services in Hubbard, TX, ensuring efficient project operations and accurate record-keeping.

Job Responsibilities

  • Aid project managers and teams with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, copying, and scanning documents.
  • Prepare and process various project-related documents, such as purchase orders, invoices, expense reports, and change orders.
  • Maintain and organize project files, both physical and electronic, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and easily accessible.
  • Cook up and coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and prepare meeting materials, including agendas and minutes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, subcontractors, and clients, to facilitate project flow.
  • Afford to track project progress, deadlines, and budgets, and report any discrepancies to the project manager.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed for the project site.
  • Operate standard office equipment, including computers, printers, and multi-line phone systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support project operations and administrative functions.

Job Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in a project-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments effectively.
  • Familiarity with construction or energy services industry terminology is a plus.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
