Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Aid F21 Project leaders in maintaining records of job changes, including change orders, purchase orders, and work scheduling.
  • Review documentation and manage contracts to ensure compliance.
  • Aid leaders with invoice, payment control, and all administrative tasks.
  • Oversee costs, profits, and expenses by reviewing financial data.
  • Manage overall project documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
  • Create and update records to optimize procedures.
  • Organize office and assist associates in optimizing procedures.
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments, create a master schedule for all team members.
  • Arrange meetings, take or distribute minutes of meetings, help prepare Excel, Word, PowerPoint presentations.
  • Resolve office-related issues, such as supplies, updating employee lists and contact list, seating arrangements, etc.
  • Cookordination with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
