Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Aid F21 Project leaders in maintaining records of job changes, including change orders, purchase orders, and work scheduling.
- Review documentation and manage contracts to ensure compliance.
- Aid leaders with invoice, payment control, and all administrative tasks.
- Oversee costs, profits, and expenses by reviewing financial data.
- Manage overall project documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Create and update records to optimize procedures.
- Organize office and assist associates in optimizing procedures.
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments, create a master schedule for all team members.
- Arrange meetings, take or distribute minutes of meetings, help prepare Excel, Word, PowerPoint presentations.
- Resolve office-related issues, such as supplies, updating employee lists and contact list, seating arrangements, etc.
