Project Superintendent (CWC Roofing)

About the role

CWC Roofing (Cambridge Wilson and Co., LLC.) is growing and seeks a Roofing Project Superintendent. This is a safety sensitive position requiring approximately 20% regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project installation and daily management
• Complete projects to the highest quality possible, on schedule, at or under budget
• Keep all employees and subcontractors safe
• Have knowledge of products and installation guidelines
• Communicate with the Project Manager to ensure project success

Requirements

• Experience in roofing and related construction
• Knowledge of products and installation guidelines
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of roofing experience
• Preferred certifications in roofing or construction management

Benefits
