About the role

The Indiana University Foundation is seeking a Project Specialist to join the Campaigns, Operations, and Training team supporting Never Daunted: The Campaign for Indiana University. This role involves supporting the nation's most impactful higher education campaign and contributing to its success.

Responsibilities

  • Support campaign events and donor engagement
  • Cook up and coordinate training for fundraisers across the university
  • Create polished presentations, briefing materials, and communications
  • Support onboarding for new fundraisers
  • Coordinate campaign roadshows and leadership meetings
  • Research best practices and ensure flawless event execution

Requirements

  • Highly proactive with the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and take initiative
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to ask insightful questions, gather information, and execute projects independently
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative hybrid environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Three or more years of professional experience in project coordination, executive administrative support, operations, or a related professional office environment
  • Experience supporting senior leaders, coordinating projects, planning events, or managing complex calendars is strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative hybrid environment
  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational effectiveness

Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $60,000- $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience, skills, and education. This position will be posted through Wednesday, July 28th and interviews will begin promptly. This is an onsite position at our Showalter House location in Bloomington, Indiana.
