Project Specialist - Raising St. Louis
About the Role
St. Louis Children's Hospital has an opportunity for a Project Specialist to provide comprehensive operational and administrative support for Raising St. Louis. This position serves as the central operational hub for multiple service lines, ensuring timely processing of referrals, accurate data management, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination between internal staff and external community partners.
The Project Specialist supports program quality and efficiency by maintaining multiple tracking systems, coordinating client transitions, assisting with special projects and events, and ensuring consistent communication across interdisciplinary teams.
Role Purpose: Responsible for assisting management by planning and directing program services, and the course of all its members/clients, within the context of the specific program.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates client intake and referral management
- Manages program documentation and transportation services
- Handles reporting and community partner communications
- Provides services and coordinates activities related to specialty
- Functions as a liaison among the programs and the greater community
- Serves as a resource to customers by providing training and education on area of specialty
- Participates in special projects and assignments
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Services or related field
- 2-5 years of experience
- Less than 2 years of supervisor experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Licensed/Registered vehicle
- Automobile Liability Insurance
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Business, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience
- 2-5 years of supervisor experience
