About the role
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Project Specialist L2 in our plant in Meknes.
Tasks & Attributions
- Lead end-to-end project industrialization (development & serial phase) ensuring compliance with customer milestones and ANPQP requirements.
- Manage project risk assessment, 4M & QCD reporting, and escalate critical issues to ensure targets achievement.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives while fostering strong team spirit and performance culture.
- Oversee RFQ preparation, PCS consolidation, ramp-up costs.
- Monitor project quality, efficiency, obsolescence management, wave changes, and prototype production in line with specifications and deadlines.
- Lead contractual and operational processes including CEC contract preparation, GPMS functional reviews, AFAPs, and ramp-up validation.
Qualifications
- Level of studies: Master or Engineering degree in technical field.
- Experience: 18 months in the current position.
- Office Tools: Strong command of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Language: Fluent speaker of French and English.
