Lead and coordinate project activities
- Between different departments (Production, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, and Purchasing)
Milestones and deadlines
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
Cost, timing, and performance indicators
- Monitor project cost, timing, and performance indicators
Customer requirements and compliance
- Follow up customer requirements and ensure compliance with technical specifications
Risks and corrective actions
- Manage risks and implement corrective actions when needed
Meetings and status updates
- Organize project meetings and provide regular status updates to management
New product launches and industrialization
- Support new product launches and industrialization activities
Automotive standards and customer expectations
- Ensure compliance with automotive standards and customer expectations
