Responsibilities
- Manage projects from submittal approval through delivery and closeout.
- Ensure timely coordination between contractors, engineers, and manufacturers.
- Serve as a key contact for assigned projects, providing exceptional customer service, logistical efficiency, and ensuring project goals and objectives are accomplished on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge and order entry procedures for all products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage new job setup, documentation, and maintain project files.
- Negotiate special pricing multipliers with manufacturers.
- Order equipment from manufacturers and process returns accurately and efficiently.
- Track and communicate project milestones, lead times, and delivery schedules to contractors and internal teams.
- Process change orders, verify pricing and scope adjustments, and update project documentation as required.
- Coordinate shipping/logistics with manufacturers and customers.
- Provide customers with installation, operation, and maintenance manuals.
- Work with manufacturers and clients in processing warranty and freight claims.
- Identify and proactively resolve potential issues related to schedule conflicts, equipment compatibility, or factory delays.
- Support billing, project closeout, and performance tracking.
- Work closely with account executives, engineering, and parts/service teams to support overall project success.
- Participate in team meetings and product training to enhance industry knowledge.

Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, MAPICS, Savion and Infor/Powerlink is required.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to consistently provide high-quality accurate results.
- Ability to be flexible and identify answers that are not always readily available.
- Basic ability to review Mechanical Schedules and specifications to identify product and basis of design.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Must be highly organized specifically track requests sent to the Field with periodic follow up as needed to ensure approval cycle completed in timely manner.
- Strong ability to multi-task.
- Understands business implications of decisions; Displays orientation to profitability; Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition; Aligns work with strategic goals.
- Ability to apply good judgment, strong work ethic, and integrity on the job.
Requirements
- 2 – 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required.

$74,630 – $93,315
