Project Specialist - In Home Sales

Position Requirements

• Valid driver's license & clean driving record required.
• Must be on time all the time. No shows are completely unacceptable.
• Outstanding communication and follow through/follow up.
• Will follow our process that we set forth to the letter.
• Sales experience is not necessary; but welcome, otherwise we will train you the DelPrete way.
• Actual hands-on field knowledge is highly preferred as it will make you 10 times better at it, but not required.
• If you're a blue collar worker from this field looking to work with homeowners, this is a great next step.
• Able to measure residential & commercial properties on-site if needed.
• Have tech-savvy capabilities.
• Highly developed organizational skills.

Commission based, 100k year one is easy to achieve with 200k doable.
