Project Specialist
About the Role

As a Project Specialist, you will serve as the customer-facing technical expert across our products and solutions. You will partner with internal teams to execute customer deliverables, including coordinating timelines, managing requests, and ensuring all projects meet or exceed established metrics for contract, deadline, and quality standards.
You will attend customer calls, provide regular updates to customers and internal teams, and work collaboratively to ensure customer success.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the customer-facing technical expert for NRC Health’s products and solutions.
- Partner with internal teams to execute customer deliverables.
- Coordinate project timelines and manage requests.
- Ensure projects meet or exceed established metrics for contract, deadline, and quality standards.
- Attend customer calls and provide regular updates to customers and internal teams.
- Work collaboratively to ensure customer success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative, manage competing priorities, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Technical aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Healthcare experience is a plus.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $60,000–$81,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. Final compensation will be determined based on skills, education, and experience, with consideration for internal equity. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical to allow for future salary growth.
Location
While this position may allow for a work-from-home environment, candidates must live in Lincoln, Nebraska, and surrounding areas.
