Project Recruiter - $21-23/hr.
Job Duties/Description
Source, recruit, vet, and assess field technicians for installation projects.
Utilize social media and online recruitment platforms for technician discovery and selection.
Maintain and update technician profiles and performance metrics.
Create contracts and offer letters using standardized templates.
Ensure all technicians are contracted and contracts are signed before commencing work.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Coordinators to gather project-specific details such as scope and schedule.
Manage technician contracting within budget while prioritizing quality.
Update Project Database with contracted technicians.
Cultivate national recruitment relationships with small vendors and contractors to expand the technician pool.
Foster positive working relationships with internal and external partners.
Requirements
- 2 years' customer focused experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Superior ability to multi-task, prioritize multiple projects, adjust to changing workflow and workload accordingly.
- Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated and an independent, accountable, dependable performer.
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to express ideas and information (both in written and oral form) clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience.
- Ability to be accountable for quality customer service and respond appropriately to a variety of personalities and situations
Additional Info
Pay range: $21-23/hr.
Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday
