Project-Based Recruiter (3–6 Month Assignment)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Create and post job advertisements across relevant job boards and recruiting platforms.
  • Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, networking, referrals, industry events, and professional organizations.
  • Conduct candidate screenings, interviews (virtual and in-person), and skills assessments.
  • Cook up interview scheduling and logistics, including travel arrangements when necessary.
  • Complete reference checks, background screenings, and candidate evaluations.
  • Present employment opportunities to candidates and support offer discussions and negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on hiring processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation activities.
  • Handle sensitive candidate and employee information with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: Experience recruiting for marketing, advertising, creative, or agency-based roles.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
