Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Create and post job advertisements across relevant job boards and recruiting platforms.
- Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, networking, referrals, industry events, and professional organizations.
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews (virtual and in-person), and skills assessments.
- Cook up interview scheduling and logistics, including travel arrangements when necessary.
- Complete reference checks, background screenings, and candidate evaluations.
- Present employment opportunities to candidates and support offer discussions and negotiations.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on hiring processes, policies, and procedures.
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation activities.
- Handle sensitive candidate and employee information with a high degree of confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: Experience recruiting for marketing, advertising, creative, or agency-based roles.
- Preferred: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
