Contract Recruiter (3-6 months)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support our Head of Talent Acquisition with hiring needs during a period of growth. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a high-quality, efficient hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from candidate screenings intake to verbal offer for assigned roles
• Partner with Head of Talent Acquisition and managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Source and engage qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
• Screens high volume of resumes and conduct phone/video interviews
• Cover interview scheduling and facilitate feedback collection
• Guide candidates through the interview and offer process, ensuring a positive candidate experience, conduct both virtual and onsite interviews
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives as needed
• Meet time-to-fill goals and hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Support Talent Acquisition ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and teams
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Self-starter who can ramp up quickly and work independently
• Experience recruiting for [technical (product & engineering) and healthcare roles is a plus
