Key Job Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end COE process for the Americas Benefits team, including root cause analysis, documentation, stakeholder communication, and tracking of action items through to resolution.
- Ensure lessons learned are captured and applied to prevent recurrence.
- Identify, design, and implement process improvements across regional and international benefits operations.
- Partner with country benefits managers and other teams to standardize workflows, reduce manual effort, remove blockers, and improve consistency and quality of benefits delivery.
- Proactively own the team's VOC strategy, including designing and maintaining feedback mechanisms, synthesizing employee and stakeholder input, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for the benefits team.
- Own Amazon mechanism reporting (e.g., quarterly business reviews, etc.) for the Americas region, including developing and maintaining dashboards, tracking key metrics, and preparing executive-ready summaries for leadership and partner teams.
- Depending on experience, provide strategic and/or execution support for Benefits Managers who need to promote our value proposition to eligible employees (EEs), ensure timely, accurate, and compliant information reaches EEs, and driving goals like utilization, and awareness.
- Act as a force multiplier for the Americas Benefits team by owning operational tasks, preparing materials for leadership reviews, and ensuring the team is organized, aligned, and moving forward on priorities.
- Help the Americas Benefits team work smarter by identifying and implementing AI tools that reduce manual effort and speed up delivery. You'll build scalable processes that automate routine tasks, improve reporting, and streamline coordination.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years of experience in project management, program management, or operations, preferably within HR, Benefits, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in project management tools and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting benefits, total rewards, or HR operations in a large, complex organization
- Familiarity with multi-country or regional benefits programs
- Strong analytical skills with experience building and maintaining reporting frameworks
- Experience designing or managing Voice of Customer or employee feedback programs
- Knowledge of Amazon’s culture and operations
Pay and Benefits
The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $65.25/hour - $73.95/hour. Tundra’s benefits offering includes optional medical, dental, vision, retirement benefits, and a New Child Benefit.
