Role Overview
We are seeking a Project/Program Manager responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. This role oversees all aspects of projects, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors progress. The position involves preparing status reports for upper management and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of assigned projects and programs from inception to completion.
- Establish project deadlines and assign responsibilities to team members.
- Monitor and summarize the progress of the project or program.
- Prepare and present reports to upper management regarding project status.
- Lead and direct the work of others to ensure project objectives are met.
- Perform a variety of tasks related to project management.
Required Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor's degree may be required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area is required. The role relies on extensive experience to plan and accomplish goals.
- Skills: Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures is necessary.
