Project Managers - Deputy Project Managers (Highway)

Responsibilities

• Project Managers and Deputy Project Managers for Senior Highway Engineers/Project Managers
• Motivated candidates with 15+ years of engineering/project management experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (BSCE)
• NJ PE License
• Supervise/Manage transportation and civil related projects, including providing technical oversight to engineering staff
• Experience in preparing roadway/highway designs and plan development from conceptual design thru final contract documents
• Familiarity with TAP and SRTS projects through NJDOT Local Aid a plus
• Client interaction and community involvement
• Collaborate with multidiscipline design engineers and technicians
• Participation in NJ office senior staff meetings, collaboration, and contribution to overall office performance
• Project Management skills pertaining to project budgets and schedules, and adherence to a project’s scope of work
• Excellent Project Management Support and Training available within the NJ Staff, if required
• Participate in professional organizations and technical societies

Pay

Compensation: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Base pay offered for this New Jersey–based role may vary and can be higher or lower depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
