Project Manager

Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

• Act as the primary liaison between the delivery team, the client, and internal stakeholders.
• Determine, clarify, and define project scope and communicate this effectively to all stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and manage a detailed project schedule, budget and work plan using consistent, accurate, and comprehensive documentation to record project progress.
• Track project hours and costs to meet budget.
• Cookordinate internal resources and third-party vendors needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using approved verification techniques and consistently report changes and progress to relevant stakeholders.
• Measure, document, and report project and internal resource performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of proven working experience in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and the completion of projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: client-facing and internal.
• Ability to prioritize and plan work activities.
• Detail oriented and comfortable with logistical planning.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and can deal with frequent changes, delays or unexpected events.
• Adaptable /flexible in changing/uncertain environments.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to successfully present technical information.

Preferred Certifications

• Such as PMP or CAPM (PMI), PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certs, and/or ITVIL 4.

Documentation & Practical Experience

• Experience with PSA/ticketing tools, like Autotask.
• Experience with Documentation/knowledge platforms like IT Glue.
