Project Managers and Sr. Project Managers – Utility Scale Solar

Location: Remote with 100% travel (TX, NM, AZ, CA, CO, Midwest, etc.)

Rotation: ~3 weeks onsite / 5 days off. Per diem + travel allowance provided.

About the Role

We are hiring multiple Project Managers and Sr. Project Managers to support large-scale utility-scale solar projects across the U.S. These are 100% travel roles supporting some of the largest renewable builds in the country (200MW+ / $200M+ projects). Self-perform experience is required.

Qualifications

• 5–15+ years construction project management experience
• GC/EPC background preferred
• Large-scale project experience ($100M+)
• Self-perform experience required (50%+ target)
• Strong financial ownership
• Scheduling experience (P6 or similar)
• Utility-scale solar experience a plus (not required)
• Open to heavy civil, industrial, or oil & gas backgrounds

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from preconstruction through commissioning
• Own project financials (budget, forecasting, cost control)
• Manage schedules (P6) and drive recovery plans
• Oversee subcontractors and internal self-perform crews
• Partner with Superintendents on field execution
• Manage risk, change orders, and client communication
• Lead teams (10–20+ personnel)
