Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction contracts, from negotiation to execution, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and addressing any issues.
• Implement and promote best practices, driving efficiency and innovation across projects.
