About the role

In response to continued growth within our Water business, our team in Florida is seeking an experienced Project Manager to help drive the development and expansion of our Water Business across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and oversee the delivery of major water and wastewater treatment and linear infrastructure & conveyance projects for our valued clients.
  • Lead project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary client contact—ensuring excellence in every phase of project execution.
  • Beyond project delivery, play a key role in business development, marketing strategies, and client engagement, with opportunities to shape win strategies and pricing for new work.
  • Play a role in mentoring team members, recruiting top talent, and collaborating with leaders across the Southeast Region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in planning, design and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure and/or treatment facilities (at least 5 years serving clients throughout Florida is a plus)

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with proven ability to develop, mentor and lead professional technical staff
  • Business development, proposal preparation, and marketing skills preferred; flexible and able to meet challenging deadlines

  • Knowledge of engineering standards and specifications
  • Ability to analyze information and specify process steps and equipment
  • Experience in project management and contract management
  • Ability to identify and address process shortcomings
