Project Manager - Water & Wastewater

The ideal candidate will plan, coordinate, and implement projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. ResponsibilitiesEfficiently complete an entire set of contract documents, including Plans, Specifications, Quantities, and EstimateConduct meetings, including composing meeting agendas and minutesClient contactWork with and manage sub-consultantsWork with and coordinate with other internal departmentsAssist in assembling Supplements, Proposals, and engineers’ reportsSign Final TracingsMeet deadlinesMonitor project deliverablesUpdate relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progressCoach and support project team members with tasks you assign them Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalentProfessional Engineer in the State of Indiana, or ability to obtain within 12 monthsNot less than 8 years of experience in Water & Wastewater EngineeringProficient with a computer and Microsoft Excel and Word, and working knowledge of AutoCADAble to efficiently complete an entire set of contract documentsMust represent the firm professionally in publicMust be able to evaluate various water and wastewater equipment and materialsMust be able to prepare permit applicationsMust be able to attend evening meetings with clients as neededMust possess the ability to interact with officials at all levels of governmentStrong business acumen in project planning and managementStrong verbal, written, and organizational skills
