Project Manager - Water & Wastewater

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Engineering: Solid understanding of engineering principles related to water and wastewater utility engineering.
• Solving problems for clients while making their lives and jobs easier.
• Proven record of successful project delivery involving all aspects of water and wastewater systems.
• Experience in water and wastewater treatment process design is beneficial but not required.
• Led a team including younger engineers, CAD professionals, and field observers.
• Managed multiple projects, team members, and sub-consultants.
• Delivered projects on time and within budget while maintaining and mentoring a thriving team.
• Won work, brought clients, and developed a self-sufficient team.
• Transitioned existing professional relationships and continued to serve past clients.
• Developed new professional relationships resulting in additional profitable work for the company.
• Participated in industry professional associations to facilitate an increased professional network.
• Mentored and trained younger engineers.
• Recruited former team members to the company.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) License in California.
• 10+ years of professional engineering experience in water and wastewater.
• Working knowledge of CA regulations.
• Existing local relationships.

Compensation

$130,000 - $200,000 per year (DOE)
