Project Manager - Top NC General Contractor - Raleigh

About the role

My client is a well-established general contractor with a strong presence across NC and SC. Founded in the 1990s and generating over $300M in annual revenue, they operate with around 200 employees across five offices, including a thriving Raleigh division that opened 12 years ago. Responsibilities

• Coordinating and managing all necessary project resources from start to finish on time and within budget in a highly collaborative environment.
• Reviewing plans, specifications, and client requirements.
• Managing personnel development.
• Communicating job expectations, enforcing policies & procedures, and managing & coaching employees.
• Providing administrative guidance to the Site Superintendents.
• Being a strategic problem solver who can add value to our customer's projects.
• Cooking correspondence between the design and construction team.
• Cooking budget and financial reporting, interpreting and analyzing reports to ensure adherence to project budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field strongly preferred.
• Experience with commercial Construction projects preferred.
• 5+ years of total, progressive project management with a GC.
• Applicable project management software knowledge.
• People smarts and experience in a team-oriented environment.
