Description

Support the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale commercial construction projects.
Collaborate with project teams, clients, consultants, and trade partners throughout all phases of construction.
Contribute to the successful delivery of technically complex projects across healthcare, higher education, life sciences, aviation, industrial, government, and commercial markets.
Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and risk management activities.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success and repeat business.
Participate in preconstruction and project execution efforts for upcoming major developments.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational excellence standards.
Work closely with leadership in a highly collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare, higher education, life sciences, laboratory, aviation, industrial, government, or institutional construction projects.
  • Experience on large-scale projects valued at $50M-$100M+.
  • Background working for a general contractor or construction management firm.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

  • Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)
  • Construction Industry Knowledge
  • Leadership and Team Management
  • Technical Proficiency (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)

Pay

Competitive salary ranging from 110K-130K E
