Project Manager - Raleigh - Commercial/Healthcare Projects

Description

Lead construction projects from planning through completion.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.

Manage subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and project budgets.

Drive project meetings and maintain clear communication across all teams.

Monitor project performance and proactively identify risks and solutions.

Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reporting.

Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.

Coverage of field operations and support successful project execution throughout the lifecycle.

Profile

Proven Project Manager experience within commercial construction.

Experience delivering pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or manufacturing projects preferred.

Strong understanding of construction documentation, including submittal logs and RFI management.

Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage client relationships independently.

Experience coordinating subcontractors and driving project outcomes.

Knowledge of structural concrete, foundations, or footing work is a plus.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Job Offer

Compensation:

• Base salary up to $135,000
• Annual bonus opportunity of 3% to 5%
