Description

• Coordinate and manage all project resources from start to finish, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and in a highly collaborative environment.
• Lead and develop project personnel by setting expectations, coaching team members, and enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Hold regular project meetings to track progress, verify budget and schedule adherence, and ensure compliance with technical, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Serve as a strategic problem-solver who adds value to client projects while supporting preconstruction efforts, including estimating and project planning.
• Manage project budgets and financial reporting, analyzing cost data to maintain alignment with established budget targets.

Profile

• A successful Project Manager should have:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field strongly preferred
• Experience with project estimating
• Minimum 4+ years of Project Management experience (required)
• Based in the Raleigh area (relocation considered)
• Experience managing $5M+ construction projects strongly preferred
• Proficient with relevant project management software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Offer
