Project Manager |Commercial Builder & Developer | Raleigh, NC

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project costs, risk, quality, and schedule performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery.
• Drive successful project outcomes while meeting safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Support project closeout and turnover activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing construction projects.
• Experience leading commercial construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects in the $1M‑$10M range.
• Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead multiple stakeholders and drive project success.

Pay

• Base salary: up to $140K
• Vehicle allowance: $600/month
• Discretionary annual bonus with historical payouts averaging ~10%
