This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning and execution of HOMES and HEAR energy programs
  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope and timelines
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications to ensure project alignment and success
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks
  • Conduct status meetings and provide updates to relevant teams
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s quality and safety standards
  • Lead documentation efforts for project requirements and change requests

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years in program/project management focused on energy program implementation
  • Mastery of project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, PowerBI)
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills for client engagement and coordination
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within diverse teams
  • High level of emotional intelligence and strategic thinking abilities

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
