Project Manager - Service

Job Summary

Oversees a service project team aligned with multiple or mid-sized projects.

Responsibilities

• Drives planning and effective turnover between operations, estimating, and the field.
• Routinely closes out projects with exceptional client feedback and quick payment.
• Develops a network of connections with clients, vendors, and industry peers.
• Regularly engages in industry and community events.
• Knows who to call to get things done for various clients.
• Works with leadership on risk management efforts.
• Proficient in contract review and provides thorough and accurate feedback to department leader.
• Able to monitor the financial and operations performance of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensures the installation or project crew is technically competent and supports their technical needs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management experience in the HVAC industry
• Bachelor's in Engineering or completion of a Technical Training Program
