Job Summary
Oversees a service project team aligned with multiple or mid-sized projects.
Responsibilities
- Drives planning and effective turnover between operations, estimating, and the field.
- Routinely closes out projects with exceptional client feedback and quick payment.
- Develops a network of connections with clients, vendors, and industry peers.
- Regularly engages in industry and community events.
- Knows who to call to get things done for various clients.
- Works with leadership on risk management efforts.
- Proficient in contract review and provides thorough and accurate feedback to department leader.
- Able to monitor the financial and operations performance of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ensures the installation or project crew is technically competent and supports their technical needs.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of project management experience in the HVAC industry
- Bachelor's in Engineering or completion of a Technical Training Program
