Responsibilities
- Drives planning and effective turnover between operations, estimating, and the field.
- Closes out projects with exceptional client feedback and quick payment.
- Develops a network of connections with clients, vendors, and industry peers.
- Engages in industry and community events.
- Works with leadership on risk management efforts.
- Reviews contracts thoroughly and provides feedback to department leader.
- Maintains the financial and operational performance of multiple projects.
- Ensures the technical competence of the installation or project crew.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of project management experience in the HVAC industry
- Bachelor's in Engineering or completion of a Technical Training Program
