About the role
The Project Manager, Private Wealth is responsible for providing project plan support to the National Managing Director (NMD) and the Regional Managing Directors (RMD’s). This support includes planning, organizing, directing, and supporting project business deliverables to ensure the achievement of business results and the completion of quarterly rocks as defined in EOS®. This position will entail in-depth exposure to highly confidential information requiring a high level of professional maturity and discretion.
Principal Accountabilities
Project Management
- Plans, organizes, evaluates, and supports the NMD and RMD’s in cross-functional projects from concept through final implementation.
- Aid in the design, development, and implementation of business perspective work plans to determine the required tasks and resources needed (process, functional, etc.) for project assignments.
- Create engaging PowerPoint presentations to facilitate information sharing and strategy alignment between stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the NMD to support strategy creation and execution.
- Ensure the project stays aligned to enterprise strategy, objectives, timelines, and specific project business case.
- Lead efforts to provide accurate and timely project status reports to leadership.
- Support and actively participate in planning sessions with key stakeholders.
- Accountable for effective coordination of deliverables that may span over multiple departments.
- Track and manage project risk and change management components of assignments.
- Lead the assessment of inter-project dependencies and gauge the financial impact and risk to the project.
- Support leadership decision-making process through the creation of project agreements, scopes, risk assessments, and budgets.
- Assist with implementation and tracking of EOS® (Entrepreneurial Operating System) initiatives.
- Maintain NMD and RMD’s pages on internal intranet, InTrust, to ensure content is current.

Requirements
Excellent computer skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, and expert proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Education, Experience & Skills
A minimum of three to five (3-5) years prior experience in advisor services preferred
A bachelor’s degree in Business preferred
None Required, Six Sigma preferred
