Primary Responsibilities

  • Implementation and Change Management
    • Support the execution of core strategic priorities and initiatives across the Private Wealth business
    • Contribute to seamless end-to-end delivery from current state to future state
    • Help ensure progress against organizational goals
    • Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders across business lines
    • Engage and collaborate closely with Control and Technology partners
    • Affirmative action and diversity statement
  • Process Transformation & Future-State Operating Model Development
    • Conduct comprehensive inventories and diagnostics of processes
    • Support the mapping of end-to-end workflows, governance structures, and role accountabilities
    • Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement
    • Design innovative, scalable solutions that modernize operations
    • Align future-state vision and operating model design with broader strategic direction
  • Monitoring and Continuous Improvement
    • Establish governance and performance monitoring frameworks
    • Proactively identify and address emerging opportunities for optimization
    • Translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Capacity Planning & Financial Modeling
    • Build and maintain capacity models
    • Evaluate resourcing needs and workforce planning scenarios
    • Develop and present financial models
    • Integrate capacity and financial modeling insights into strategic planning and budgeting processes

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field required; Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) a plus
    • 5+ years of progressive experience in process improvement, operational excellence, strategic program management, or related disciplines, with demonstrated growth in scope and responsibility over time
    • Experience within the financial services industry; prior exposure to private wealth management preferred
    • Solid proficiency in process mapping methodologies, workflow analysis, and operational efficiency frameworks
    • Exposure to or experience supporting digital transformation and automation initiatives
    • Ability to operate with a degree of independence, manage competing priorities, and drive tasks forward with limited direction
    • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across a matrixed organization and engage with senior stakeholders
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and delivery quality
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise narratives for a variety of audiences
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations
    • Strategically minded with solid operational discipline and strong attention to detail
    • Highly organized, outcomes-driven, and deeply committed to team success
