Fund Project Manager

About the role

The Fund Project Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Xsolla Video Games Credit Fund, ensuring that all projects are executed on time and within budget. This role requires strong project management skills, financial acumen, and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of fund projects from initiation through closeout
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Oversee the execution of fund projects, including coordination with internal teams and external partners
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or financial management
• Experience with financial modeling and analysis
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial instruments and markets
• Experience with fund administration and investment management
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience with financial modeling tools such as Bloomberg or Wolfram Alpha
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
