Fund Project Manager

Accountabilities

• Support fund operations and investment activities by coordinating research, analysis, and execution workflows that enable efficient decision-making and deal management.
• Prepare and manage end-to-end conference workflows, including target lists, outreach coordination, scheduling, briefing materials, and follow-up tracking.
• Build and maintain databases of investors, partners, lenders, gaming companies, and other key ecosystem participants.
• Conduct market, company, and transaction research across gaming, fintech, credit, and private markets.
• Develop and update presentations, internal memos, financial models, and investment tracking tools.
• Support deal pipeline management, including scoring frameworks, prioritization, and reporting.
• Aid in building financial models, fund analytics, and performance dashboards.
• Cook up internal workflows, ensuring deadlines, tasks, documentation, and reporting remain structured and transparent.
• Support senior team members by transforming unstructured inputs into clear, actionable deliverables.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities, with experience in fast-paced environments requiring high ownership and structured execution.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, research, and written communication.
• The ability to structure ambiguous tasks into clear deliverables, plans, and execution steps.
• An excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on producing high-quality, reusable outputs.
• Strong research skills across companies, investors, markets, and transactions.
• A high sense of ownership with the ability to manage follow-ups and drive work to completion.
• Organizational and coordination skills in managing multiple concurrent workflows.
• An interest in gaming, private markets, fintech, or venture ecosystems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
