Project Manager (P.E.) - Water/Wastewater

Responsibilities

• Cook up and oversee project design teams.
• Create, implement, and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Coach, mentor, and delegate responsibilities to staff.
• Provide technical reviews and QA/QC for projects.
• Act as the main point of contact with clients.
• Contribute to business development by cultivating client relationships and identifying opportunities.
• Prepare and review project proposals, qualification statements, and promotional materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from a four-year college or university.
• 8+ years of related water/wastewater engineering design and management experience.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Nevada required; California P.E. license preferred, or willingness and ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
• Experience leading and managing a team of technical staff in multiple disciplines.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including public and client presentations.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record with 3 or fewer demerit points.
