About the Role

Susquehanna International Group is seeking a Project Manager to join the Operations Technology team, which develops systems and processes for managing post‑trade business activity.

Responsibilities

• Manage the roadmap of large, long‑term projects within Back Office Operations and Accounting teams, including milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate with trading, business, and engineering teams.
• Lead initiatives that involve new software delivery and enhancements to existing systems.
• Keep internal stakeholders and external resources updated, ensuring projects are delivered on the most efficient timeline.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with technical business analysis and/or project management services.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and understanding of technical workflows.
• Ability to work autonomously with a strong eagerness to learn.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in a technical concentration is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Bala Cynwyd, PA, five days per week.
• Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available now or in the future.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other project‑management tools.
