Our client, a technology solutions provider in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Technology Operations Project Manager for a permanent, 4-day-a-week onsite role.
About the role
This position focuses on Cloud & AIOps, Monitoring & Observability, and Disaster Recovery programs, translating operational strategy into structured, well-governed execution.
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical project management experience within enterprise IT environments
- 7+ years of experience delivering projects around cloud operations, infrastructure, resilience, and observability
- Knowledge or exposure to AIOps
- 3+ years of experience working with Azure or GCP platforms
- Previous experience working in managed service provider environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Qualifications
- PMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred
- Previous experience with ITIL frameworks
Pay
Expected base salary range: $150,000–$170,000 per year. The posted range is an estimate; actual compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
