Project Manager, Operations Field National Accounts

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle (post award → execution → closeout)
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards
• Cookordinate field operations, subcontractors, and technicians
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
• Lead project communications, reporting, and performance reviews with clients

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience (construction, MEP, elevator, or field services)
• Strong financial acumen (budgeting, cost control, forecasting)
• Preferred: Elevator industry experience, PMP or equivalent project certification, experience with service + modernization project mix
