Project Manager - Operations
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Support headcount planning and broader workforce strategy efforts.
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations in support of business transformation initiatives.
- Translate complex concepts into clear, structured, consulting-style frameworks and recommendations.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders and ensure consistent follow-through on key priorities.
Requirements
- MBA and/or management consulting experience preferred.
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated experience supporting complex, enterprise-level initiatives.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and operate successfully in a fast-paced environment.
