POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with multiple departments to create comprehensive action plans to meet budget and timeframes for projects.
- Perform various coordinating duties such as scheduling and tracking orders from onset to completion to delivery.
- Communicate with customers, both internal and external, to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Participate in project meetings and propose improvements if necessary.
- Evaluate and assess potential problems and proactively work to identify and implement creative solutions.
- Plan and manage project schedules and ensure proper communication to all departments.
- Track current projects and proactively coordinate updates to keep workflow on track with internal/external teams and customers.
- Work within an ERP system (Epicor) to enter and/or track orders.
- Work with various project managers to ensure resources arrive on-site as scheduled.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Project Management, or Business
- 2-4 years working in manufacturing and assisting in project execution role
- Experience with vendor compliance, scheduling, and budgeting
- Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel

Work Environment
- Office-based position with frequent interaction and visits to the manufacturing area
